Well they used to be huge sheets of cloth with lethal pins, but they moved on slightly since then. All fitted for size with velcro fastenings. We've started using our reusable nappies now and they look so funny, like old fashioned swimming trunks! As you can see, Caiden loves having his nappy changed!
